Yoga Retreats

Our food is nourishing and good for the soul. We know healthy eating is so important for us inside and out but that doesn't mean it cant be full of flavour and exciting to eat.

Salt the Radish recently teamed up with Rachael Hill of Mind Body Soul Yoga near Guildford to host a mini retreat at St Mary’s Church in Shalford. It was a wonderful day and we hope to host more later in the year. Please join our mailing list (at the bottom of the page) to be the first to hear about them.

Salt the Radish can also cater for your yoga retreats (minimum 12 people). Whether this is a short yoga and breakfast / brunch, a full day or weekend retreat, we can create some beautiful nourishing plates of food for your clients. We find that vegetarian menus work well at these events, however, a fully plant based menu could also be provided. Please get in touch with us for a quote.
